Ethereal Essentials

Items from our Ethereal Essentials collection may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they are:

Unworn and unwashed

In their original condition

Returned with all original tags and packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with the order.

Limited Drops

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our seasonal drops, all limited-release items are final sale. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if an item arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
